The company originally spelled their name with a K (Elektrolux) but changed this to Electrolux in 1957. This original spelling was primarily used in Germany and Sweden but the company was moving more worldwide in their offerings. Today they have a large footprint as they sell their cleaners in countries all over the world. The combination of modern design and high quality features without a high pricetag fuel their current wave of popularity.
