Attachments for this vacuum include a long crevice tool and an extra wide anti-clog hose for picking up larger pieces of debris, cleaning hard to reach places and in corners, and also for above-the-floor cleaning such as draperies and blinds. The anti-tip feature of the Eureka Maxima and its specially designed hose allow for pulling the unit around the home while cleaning without worrying about it falling or tipping over.

These bagless cleaners feature a 2.2 quart dust cup that's easy to empty from the bottom, and also a microfiltration filter system in place to help reduce allergens in the air such as pollen and pet dander, making it easier to breathe especially for allergy sufferers. Pros: The lightweight and easy maneuverability of the Eureka Maxima 4700A was one of the favorite aspects duly noted in reviews of this particular vacuum cleaner. The reasonable price and ease of use as well as the minimal time the unit takes to assemble were also appreciated by consumers.

Cons: In more than one consumer review, owners of this upright model said the frequency in which the dirt cup must be emptied was inconvenient, although doing so does ensure the unit doesn't lose suction power. This is a minor complaint as all bagless vacuum cleaners have the same characteristic.
