Best canister vacuum I’ve ever used

I have never sent in a review for anything before but I felt compelled to rave about the Sebo K2 canister vacuum. This is a great cleaner, the best one I’ve ever used. It is very compact and light, yet it has enough power to pull dirt out of my carpets. Now, I don’t have thick carpets but I feel that this machine would work on them as well. The air belt is also really innovative and seems to give it the added performance over other similar vacuums.

Another thing I like is the exhaust is contained so you do not reclean the same area over and over. The attachments work well on our furniture and they are easily stored when not in use. I haven’t found any surface in my home that the K2 won’t clean. Overall this is the best vacuum I’ve owned, hands down. I’d buy another one in a heartbeat.

One of the best vacuums I’ve ever owned

I bought the Sebo X5 upright and I can say that I really love this vacuum cleaner. I saw this in a local shop and really had never heard about it but I gave it a try and was hooked. It really made me think that there is a company out there that truly cares about building a quality product. The operation was great and I could tell it would last for a long time. That’s why I didn’t care about the higher price, I was tired of buying junk vacuum cleaners.

Some of the things I like about it are: ease of use (glides right over the carpets), low profile when the handle is lowered, quiet operation when compared to my other upright, very powerful suction with a great HEPA filtration system, bag holds quite a bit of dust, simple and compact design, and the belts are built to last a long time. The overall cleaning is superb as my carpets have never looked better. I mean, it’s been years since they were even close to this clean.

Even though I love it there are a couple things I don’t like about the Sebo X5. For starters, I had to buy the stair attachment separately. While it wasn’t a huge deal it would be nice when you spend more than $700 on a vacuum that they can include this helpful attachment. Also, it isn’t manufactured in the US but I still decided to buy it.

Overall I am thrilled I decided to go with a brand that I knew nothing about. The Sebo X5 is a quality machine and really does a good job on my home. Even though it is more money than any other vacuum cleaner I have ever owned it really is worth it. I don’t expect to buy another one for a long time.

An excellent upright vacuum cleaner

We really made the choice to buy the Sebo Felix upright vacuum cleaner after seeing an online video of it in action. We were amazed at how easy it was to clean the stairs with the turbo brush, and needless to say it works great in our home. It has much more power than you would think, and it’s an excellent fit for vacuuming our home. We had heard good things about Sebo vacuums but never really thought about buying one until now.

The Felix works well on our carpets, linoleum, tile, and wood floors. Believe it or not we have all of these floor types in our house so we are picky about our vacuum cleaner. We got the model with the carpet head, bare floor head, crevice tool, and upholstery brush and we use all of them. The filtration is really what stands out on this machine too. When you compare it to other cleaners you will see how well thought out the design is and how effective it is at removing dirt.

The operating noise is also a pleasant surprise. Most vacuums are loud when you use them especially the cheapo brands. We tried to research which models were the quietest but couldn’t find a lot of info on that. Much to our surprise the Sebo Felix operates at around 68 decibels so we can actually have a conversation while we are cleaning our house with it. This is a first with any vacuum we have ever owned. Great feature!

It is very lightweight and compact as well but don’t think it won’t pack enough power to clean because it does. We are quite amazed with it and feel it is worth the rather high purchase price. If it fits in your budget then definitely give it a try. You won’t buy a cheap model ever again.

Very nice and lightweight canister vacuum

After quite a bit of looking around we decided to try out the Sebo K3 Air Belt canister vacuum cleaner. We used to have a Hoover canister and really liked it but wanted something a little more ‘high end’. Most of the less expensive vacuums work well for a couple years then just stop working. We are hoping that is different with this Sebo as it looks to be built very well. However, as is the case with anything we will have to wait and see about the durability.

The attachments are easily accessible as they are attached right to the K3. They are fastened securely yet easy to remove as needed. The brush roller comes right out to remove the hair and other things that get wound around it. Anybody who has used a vacuum cleaner knows how much of a pain it is when the brushes don’t spin very well. It’s nice to be able to quickly clean them.

Height is also adjusted right on the wand which is nice, and the handle is easy to use in any direction. The vacuuming performance of the Sebo K3 is quite good as it seems to remove much more dirt and dust than our prior model. It’s not too loud either which is a nice change. Overall we are happy with it and glad we spent the extra money on a vacuum that will last for a long time. We couldn’t find many reviews on this particular model but the ones we found were positive. I have to say that I agree with the other people who raved about it.

Best upright vacuum I know of!

Our company has been selling and fixing vacuum cleaners for many years and have been carrying Sebo for 7 of them. The X4 Automatic X Series upright is by far the best one that we carry. It is middle of the pack in terms of price but at the top of the list when it comes to cleaning ability, filtration, durability, and ease of use.

And with more than 7 years of selling Sebo vacuums, with literally hundreds of machines sold, we still haven’t had one warranty repair. That is amazing when you think about it. We have to service all other types of vacuums but not any Sebos. We recommend this upright to our customers.

If you are tired of replacing your ‘cheap’ vacuum every year then take a look at Sebo. Sure it will cost more than Bissell or Dirt Devil but you are getting a vacuum cleaner that is built to last. You won’t have to replace it anytime soon. This German company really knows how to build a quality product. They even have a lifetime belt warranty which is unheard of in itself.

The one and only problem we have had with a Sebo was replacing the electric cord on it. This was no fault of the machine but rather the customer had run it over during vacuuming and damaged it. The brush spins so fast that the cord quickly got wrapped up. Other than that we have seen no problems with them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality vacuum.
