I purchased the Dyson DC24 online as I wanted a more compact, light vacuum cleaner that still had the suction to get the entire house clean. I also wanted to try out The Ball as it looked like something that would work great around the furniture and boy was I right. I have been greatly pleased with the power and performance of the DC24 All Floors.

With 4 cats in our household we needed something with great suction as well as great hepa filtration. The Dyson delivers and also comes with enough attachments for a variety of items like stairs, beds, and curtains. It is easy to move around, much easier than the heavy Kirby that we replaced. The DC24 lifts the hair out of our carpets with no problems. I just can't believe how much power this little upright has, but I've never owned a Dyson before. I guess they are known for this and I can see why.

With asthma I needed something that had a hepa filter, especially with all of the pets we have living under this roof. While I take medication to keep the asthma under control I have noticed a big improvement since using the Dyson. The usual allergies I would feel are almost gone which makes me feel much better when I'm at home.

And The Ball is really a cool idea. I'm not sure why other companies don't do something like it because it eliminates all of the back and forth repositioning that other upright vacuums have. I love it.
