We bought the Hoover FloorMate SpinScrub vacuum cleaner and promptly unpacked it. I was tasked with putting it together of course but I didn't get the first test spin. The wife decided to try it out and we couldn't believe how dirty the water was. We thought our floors were clean but guess again, they weren't but they are now.

The Floormate does an excellent job cleaning our ceramic tile and even vacuuming up all those crumbs that we cannot seem to get with the broom. I like the fact that it vacuums first and then cleans. The dry vacuum cleaner really works well and once you get to the wet portion it makes things shine. Just go slowly and your patience will be rewarded.

The Spinscrub does a good job drying the floor when you use the wet suction option on the dial. You might be surprised at how the water looks when you are done but this only tells you that the vacuum is really doing its' job.

We've tossed our mop and bucket into the garbage, it's a thing of the past. We use this every couple of days to dry vacuum and the wet portion weekly. I look forward to cleaning my floors which is not something I've ever been able to say.
