SEBO D4 Airbelt Canister Vacuums

Glad I gave Sebo a chance

I was looking for a new canister vacuum cleaner so I decided to visit my local vacuum shop. I knew I wanted to buy something better than what I had been using but I didn't know who the higher end brands even were. The fact that I could try before I spent any money was the main reason I was looking locally, especially since it was going to cost so much money.

Like most people I had never even heard of SEBO so I was surprised to see one in person. The D4 really looked like a solid piece of equipment and the sales guy raved about it (though that was expected). He went over all the features like the way the Airbelt works and then I picked it up to see just how light it was. Wow! I can easily carry this vacuum up and down the stairs. The handle is quite comfortable as well and the suction seems ultra powerful. I have no doubt that this will get my carpets as clean as my prior upright, plus it will do a great job on the bare floors. I was hooked on it, even though the price was pretty high. He did have a couple Miele canister vacuums there but they just didn't seem to stack up to the SEBO D4.

After a while of talking and going over the features of the D4 I bought it and took it home. The large power head does a great job on my carpets and I've even cleaned my hardwoods, tile, and stairs with no trouble. So far I love it and wonder why I ever bought a cheapo vacuum before. It makes more sense to spend the extra money on something like the SEBO as it will last for many years (at least I think it will). Time will tell.
